Rubbo Art of Energy has been teaching transformative arts
outdoors in Gerstle Park since 1980.
The shift toward environmentally friendly—or "green"—activities is impacting where people choose to exercise. Rubbo Art of Energy, based on ancient Asian martial and healing arts with a modern understanding of profound systems of transformation, has offered its classes, workshops and retreats outdoors in parks, sacred sites and power spots since 1980, and has been international since 2003.

Rubbo Art of Energy is shifting the paradigm of our weekend class structure, and we invite you to travel along this path and allow yourself to imagine living an authentic, limitless and fulfilling life.
The new format for the weekend classes:
6 week sessions, beginning June 7, 2008. Gerstle Park, San Rafael, CA.
Saturdays from 8:30 to 11:00 am, teaching by Donald & Cheryl Lynne Rubbo
Sundays from 8:30 to 11:00 am, Practice sessions with Advanced Rubbo Art of Energy teachers.
Mondays and Fridays mornings, 7:30 to 9:00 am, are training sessions for advanced, dedicated students only, by invitation.
Fee: $225.00 per 6 week session. (Payment is due on first day of each session, no exceptions.)
In order to offer a greater level of teachings to our dedicated students we are phasing out the Drop-In feature for the new session format. The Rubbo Wellness Class is available for those wishing to experience Rubbo Art of Energy on a drop-in basis.
And, beginning with the new format in June, new students wishing to study with Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo will be evaluated for inclusion in the Rubbo Art of Energy program. Call 415-459-9098 to request your interview with the Rubbos.
Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo have dedicated their lives to teaching people how to shift their personal paradigm of healing and self-awareness to be more present in their own lives and to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Through the process of becoming mindfully aware of how and why our assumptions have come to constrain the way we perceive, understand, and feel about our world we can change these structures of habitual expectation to allow a more inclusive, discriminating, and integrating perspective and develop the wisdom to make choices or otherwise act upon these new understandings. Donald believes that in order for his students and clients to change their meaning structures (beliefs, attitudes, and emotional reactions) they must engage in critical reflection on their experiences, which in turn leads to a transformation of perspective.

Donald and Cheryl Lynne, with their extensive healing and martial arts backgrounds, are considered Masters of these many arts.
