The Extraordinary Breath project, through The World Takes A Breath Day, is offering a way for people worldwide to be proactive in their own healthcare, with a self-directed stress management system of deep breathing that is highly successful in reducing the symptoms of stress and actually increases the efficacy of medical treatments.
An Extraordinary Breath is when our intention and our breath are one; with every long, deep and even breath we consciously balance mind, body and spirit.
